2Rock Continuum V2 Pack (QC)

The 2Rock Continuum V2 Quad Cortex Pack is a complete collection of captures built around a 100-watt Two Rock Traditional Clean platform, designed to recreate the expressive clean, edge-of-breakup, and pedal-driven tones associated with classic John Mayer-inspired playing.

This release is built primarily around an entirely new set of Neural Capture V2 captures created from scratch for the Quad Cortex ecosystem, focused on improving realism, responsiveness, low-end definition, and overall feel under the fingers. The captures are heavily influenced by the tonal philosophy, signal chain concepts, and setup approaches revealed through the official John Mayer Neural DSP plugin, offering a rare “behind the curtain” look at how many of these iconic tones are actually constructed.

In addition to the new V2 captures, a small selection of legacy V1 Mayer-inspired presets are included for players who still enjoy some of the original tones and workflows. The pack also includes several starter presets built around the Two Rock Traditional Clean platform to help players quickly dial in clean, edge-of-breakup, ambient, and lead-style tones within the Quad Cortex environment.

About the Amp

The Two Rock Traditional Clean is widely regarded as one of the premier modern clean amplifiers available, known for its huge headroom, smooth compression characteristics, articulate note separation, and highly responsive feel. Inspired by classic American-style clean circuits but refined with modern precision, it excels at everything from pristine cleans to pushed edge-of-breakup textures and pedal-driven lead tones.

Quad Cortex Delivery Process

Due to Neural DSP ecosystem restrictions, Quad Cortex pack delivery requires a small amount of manual setup.

When purchasing, please include your Cortex Cloud account name during checkout. You must also follow CoreToneCaptures on Cortex Cloud so the captures and presets can be shared to your account.

Because of this process, delivery timing may vary slightly depending on time zones and availability. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out and we’ll get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
