Super Lead 67 (NAM A2)

The Suhr SL67 is John Suhr's modern interpretation of a late-'60s British Plexi, combining vintage-inspired tone with the consistency and reliability of a hand-built boutique amplifier. From beautiful cleans and edge-of-breakup crunch to the legendary rock tones heard on countless classic recordings, the SL67 delivers exceptional touch sensitivity, dynamic response, and the unmistakable feel that made the original Super Lead circuits iconic.

One of the SL67's standout features is its built-in Variac control, allowing players to experience both the tighter response of full voltage operation and the softer compression, sag, and harmonic richness associated with the famous "brown sound." Combined with a selection of boost pedals, this pack covers an enormous range of classic rock tones—from articulate cleans and AC/DC-style crunch to the saturated Van Halen-esque lead sounds that defined an era.

This pack was updated in 2026 capture during ToneX and QC V2 capture sessions, with 18 new DI captures and many Full Rig captures across various CABs (with our favorite cab/mic combinations included!)

This updated release includes both NAM A1 (REVxSTD) and the latest NAM A2 models, giving players access to the higher quality A1 REVxSTD captures, alongside Neural Amp Modeler's newest A2 architecture for even greater realism and responsiveness.
